Qdoba is the latest retail establishment to sign a lease at The Shops on the Green in downtown Morristown. The Mexican Grill restaurant is expected to open in April, 2011 next to the new AT&T store. Also on tap for 2011 are Roots Steak House, scheduled to open in January, and Urban Table, an upscale hamburger restaurant, slated to open in February. The Shops on the Green offers a total of 70,000 square-feet of street-level retail space which serves as the foundation for the new 40 Park luxury condominium building and adjacent Metropolitan at 40 Park rental building.
