Fall menus are the name of the local culinary game (as are pumpkin spice protein powder, seasonal bagels and vodka-infused whipped cream, but I wrote another story on those).
According to http://dailyrecord.com every few months, Jersey’s finest restaurants change their menu offerings to reflect the produce of the season. Over the past seven days, therefore, I spent most of my time in the state’s top dining destinations tasting the highest-end fall dishes the area has to offer. I spent the remaining time, characteristically, in hole-in-the-walls.
