As reported by http://morristowngreen.com Morristown police advise motorists that South Street, streets around the Morristown Green, and Washington Street will be closed from 11 am to 3 pm this Saturday, March 9, 2024, for the St. Patrick’s Parade.

The parade starts at noon and proceeds from town hall to Morristown High School. Police caution that parking restrictions will be in place along the route, and illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed and towed.

However, the Morristown Parking Authority is providing free parking in its garages from 10 am to 6 pm. Garages are at DeHart and Ann/Bank streets, and on Cattano Avenue.

Morris Township police, meanwhile, advise motorists that a St. Patrick’s 5K race may bring traffic delays on Saturday starting around 10 am on Woodland Avenue, Fanok and Kitchell roads, and South Street.
