CHATHAM, NJ – The Ivy, the brand-new luxury rental community in the Borough of Chatham, will host an open house on Saturday, May 18^th, from noon to 3:00 p.m. 

Guests are welcome to visit during that time to tour The Ivy’s model residences and full complement of resort-inspired indoor and outdoor amenities. Refreshments will be served. Guests who attend the open house and decide to rent a one- or two-bedroom apartment at The Ivy can enjoy special incentives that include a $1,000 rent credit and up to two months free. Exact incentives vary based on unit type and location. 

The Ivy is located at 2 River Road in the Borough of Chatham. Guest parking is available in the community’s parking garage.  

The Ivy’s open house will showcase plush residences with upscale finishes, features and appointments. They include 9’ to 11’11” ceilings, luxury plank flooring, and designer kitchens with quartz countertops, polished tile backsplashes, stainless-steel appliances, wine refrigerators, and gas ranges. Impeccably designed baths are adorned with full height tiled wet walls and offer shaker vanities, tiled floors, linen storage and frameless shower doors in select residences.
