Morris County Tourism Bureau is hosing a Holiday Walking Tour of the local decorated merchant’s windows. Visitors can vote for their favorite windows and decorations and the winers will be announced at “The Nutcracker” on Sunday (Dec. 18) at the Community Theatre at Mayo Center for the Performing Arts (100 South Street).
