Morris County residents and visitors will find plenty of tricks and treats this month thanks to Morris County Park Commission (MCPC):
Celebrate Halloween on the farm with two events at Fosterfields Living Historical Farm (73 Kahdena Road) in Morristown. Families are invited to create unique jack-o’-lanterns using all-natural plant materials like gourds, leaves, and corn tassles at Halloween’s Twice-as-Nice from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21. Register by calling 973-326-7603.
The following weekend, visitors can travel back in time to celebrate the holiday the old-fashioned way at Historic Halloween
Happenings. From 1 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 28, families will be invited to enjoy 20th century Halloween activities, including decorating cookies, playing games and participating in a scavenger hunt around the farm.
