RANDOLPH, NJ – A new era in the continuing evolution of Gateways at Randolph apartment community is set to begin as Value Companies, Inc. readies to break ground on the final phases at the award-winning Morris County neighborhood.

When finished, the final phases will deliver 104 two-bedroom homes housed in four residential buildings and a 7,000 square foot clubhouse building with Leasing and Model Center merchandised by Lita Dirks & Co. The new buildings will be constructed in planned stages. The addition of the new apartments will bring the total number of homes at Gateways at Randolph to 1,003, making it one of the largest apartment complexes in New Jersey.
