Shovels are in the ground at 72 Eagle Rock Avenue in the Morris County Township of East Hanover where Kushner is developing a new 265-unit luxury apartment community.
Principals of Kushner joined municipal officials and business leaders for a special groundbreaking ceremony that included the initial demolition of a vacant office building on the site where the upscale residential offering will rise. The new community will feature a mix of one-to-three-bedroom residences housed in four separate four-story buildings. Residents will also enjoy a luxurious clubhouse facility with resort-like indoor and outdoor amenities.
Expected to be completed in the 1st quarter of 2025, the new development will provide 53 apartment homes dedicated to affordable housing.

The new project represents an ongoing trend of replacing former commercial properties with residential uses.
