The Morris Museum is offering a unique creative opportunity this spring with “Learn from a Composer,” a hands-on workshop led by acclaimed composer and pianist Garrett Fisher, taking place Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM.

Fisher will demonstrate live at the piano how a musical idea is born — from the first spark to its earliest form. Attendees will then be invited to create their own “notes on napkins”: simple drawings, marks, words, or musical fragments, which Fisher will then bring to life at the keys.

No musical experience is required, and the event is open to teens and adults!
