Be Well IHS in Morristown is hosting a Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath with musician Peter Olsen on Sunday, May 17, at 5:00 p.m. Olsen will play seven harmonious tones on crystal singing bowls in a session designed to calm the nervous system and promote a sense of deep relaxation.

The experience is beginner-friendly, and attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Blankets and bolsters are available to help guests settle in for the session.
