Morris Arts will hold its annual Pumpkin Illumination on Saturday, October 24, at Vail Mansion Plaza, 110 South Street in Morristown. The free event has a rain date of Sunday, October 25.

Guests are encouraged to arrive in costume and bring a carved pumpkin to set around the plaza’s reflecting pool. Morris Arts supplies electric tea lights for each pumpkin, and the display is lit as the sun goes down.

The evening begins at 5 p.m. with The Sleepy Hollow Halloween Story, performed by Kit’s Interactive Theatre. Artist Dan Fenelon leads an art workshop at 6 p.m., followed by a luminary mask parade at 6:30 p.m. The pumpkins are illuminated at 6:45 p.m. DJ Frank D. will provide music throughout the night.

Registration is free, and organizers ask attendees to sign up to receive updates on weather and activities.
