The New Jersey “Jaycees” or Junior Chamber of Commerce plan to create a Morris County chapter tonight and will hold the kickoff event at 7:30 p.m. at Sona Thirteen, 13 South St., Morristown. The chapter already is working on projects with Habitat for Humanity, The Sean Hanna Foundation, and Rayjon Haiti. Come out to the meeting tonight, there will be food, games and prizes!
