The Abbey Players production of Damn Yankees comes to Delbarton School for three performances Feb 10-12 in the Delbarton Fine Arts Center Theater.

Faust meets baseball in this Tony Award-winning Broadway classic! Middle-aged real estate agent Joe Boyd trades his soul to the Devil (the charming but devious Mr.Applegate) for the chance to lead his beloved Washington Senators to the World Series – if they can just beat those damn New York Yankees. As young baseball sensation Joe Hardy, he transforms the hapless Senators into a winning team, only to realize the true worth of the life (and wife) he’s left behind.
Delbarton School is located on Mendham Road in Morris Township, three miles west of the Morristown Green. All are welcome to attend this classic American musical performed by student actors and visiting thespians from area schools.
