MORRISTOWN — Phil Ochs, iconic songwriter and performer of the 1960s, will be honored by The Minstrel Concert Series with two events in May. The first, on Thursday, May 3, will be a screening of the documentary film “Phil Ochs: There But for Fortune,” directed by Ken Bowser.
Showing is free to the public, and will be held at the Morristown Unitarian Fellowship, 21 Normandy Heights Road, Morristown.
On Friday, May 4, also at the Unitarian Fellowship, an all-star cast featuring Kim and Reggie Harris, Magpie, Joe Jencks, John Flynn, Greg Greenway and Pat Wictor, will perform The Songs of Phil Ochs, hosted by Sonny Ochs.
