Join us for a pub crawl in Morristown to help protect clean water. TICKETS

Explore the 5 pubs with discounts on their finest beers and delicious food. Along the way, you will be hunting for answers to scavenger hunt questions at local businesses for a chance to win prizes. Participants will also receive a commemorative gift and sign the Clean Water Pledge. Ticket price is $25 (plus Eventbrite fees) in Advance per person or $30 per person at the door.

The 5th Annual Hopped Up Highlands Morristown Scavenger Hunt Pub Crawl is open to the public, so invite any your friends and family. What’s better than hanging out with friends, drinking great beer and raising money for a great charity? That’s right you can crawl for charity!!

Be a part of the 1st Annual Morristown Food Truck Fest! The event will feature lots of food trucks and vendors, as well as games and activities for children. Whether you want to grab a quick snack or bring the whole family and stay for the live music, this event has something for everyone!

Trucks include: Glazed and Confused Donuts, Cas’ Pierogis and Keilbasa, Amanda Bananas, Ma & Pa’s Tex Mex BBQ, Thai Food Addict, Jammin’ Crepes, Angry Archies Crab Cakes, Cupcake Carnivale, Pizza Vita, Sterling Soda, Bro-Ritos, and many more!

The event is a fundraiser for Homeless Solutions of Morristown.

 

Discover Colonial Morristown

Stroll through downtown Morristown with local historian and Alexander Hamilton expert, Pat Sanftner.  You’ll visit Revolutionary War sites and hear the stories of the Continental Army’s time in Morristown during two winter encampments. Discover Victorian Morristown Walking Tour

The Morris County Tourism Bureau (MCTB) welcomes you to “Discover Morris County” and join us again for our annual summer walking tour and lecture series. Experience the rich history that Morris County has to offer with a knowledgeable guide. Summer programs will be held over nine successive Saturday mornings during June, July, and August.

Some programs will be held only once, and others multiple times. Starting times and places vary. Tours last between 60 and 90 minutes. Tickets are $15 per person. Learn about one of the grandest periods in Morristown’s 300-year plus history – Victorian Morristown. Your guide will be Karen Ann Kurlander, a local expert in the period. Walk through Morristown, visiting commercial and residential buildings int he Historic District that date from 1850-1910. Karen Ann will also enlighten you on the social customs of the day, and explain how the houses known as “painted ladies” came to Morristown.
