Jersey Mike’s this week became the first shop to open in the Morris Marketplace, a mall on East Hanover Avenue in Morris Township.
Future tenants will include Wells Fargo, which plans to relocate its Ridgedale Avenue branch.
The 150,000-square foot mall is part of a larger redevelopment of the 64-acre former Colgate-Palmolive property. Construction of 143 townhomes and 60 rental units is complete, according to town officials.
