Hilltop Luxury Apartments Open

The new rental community, The Highlands at Hilltop, is open and doing well. Verona Township Manager Joseph A. Martin said the Highlands project is a partnership between the developers the township and the county. Martin stated that the Roseland Property Company was able to help turn an an undeveloped part of the town into something profitable. The Highlands at Hilltop feature two buildings with 95 luxury rental residences and a 4,700 square-foot clubhouse and outdoor pool. Click here to read the full story.
