Our utility bills could see a 5% decrease! Jersey Central Power & Light is seeking permission from state regulators for a $180 million rate decrease. If approved by the state Board of Public Utilities, the reduced rates would take effect on Jan. 1, 2011. That’s exciting, now we can enjoy the A/C at our 40 Park condo with no worries or maybe we can spend our utility savings at the new AT&T store at the base of the 40 Park condos.
