Come outside and enjoy Fathers Day, 6.17.18, while lending a hand at Vallevue of Morristown. (Rain date 6.24.18). This beautiful property – many of you have come to know and love – is hosting a “field day” for the community. The goal is to bring people together for a fun day filled with education, recreation, and service. This event strives to be a collaborative effort, “crowd sourced”, where the feed back from those coming determine the activities/programming provided.
Some ideas for activities include:
feeding the resident farm animals, planting tree seedlings, picking up sticks for a campfire, spreading wood chips and compost, learning about gardening and farming, drone flying, kite flying, yoga, music, water slide, obstacle course, scavenger hunt, food truck, byob picnic, hay rides, and other ideas you guys come up with.
