This location of Root Steakhouse will New York City-style flair with a suburban twist, much like the company’s original Roots Steakhouse in Summit. In addition to Roots Steakhouse the area will also welcome the trendy and hip Urban Kitchen. This 3,200-square-foot casual restaurant will be geared to adults with a menu that is heavy on burgers, along with sushi, fish tacos, shakes and smoothies and a full bar. Urban Kitchen also will be Harvest Restaurants’ first location to offer breakfast. We are so excited to have two new great places to eat and so glad they are in such a great location at 40 Park.
